Showroom Usher

Overview

The Part Time Showroom Usher is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons while attending events in our casino showroom. Duties include assisting guests with seating, answering questions, resolving disputes, and addressing issues in accordance with casino policies and procedures. Works closely with internal departments, takes direction from the Showroom Coordinator as needed, and ensures guests have a pleasurable experience.

Performs additional duties as assigned by the department director.

Salary:
Starts at $17.31/hr.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

• Must possess excellent guest service skills

• Must have the ability to stand and sit for extended lengths of time
• Must be able to read ticket information in a dimly lit area
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment

• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays

• Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission

Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. Marijuana use will not disqualify an applicant unless the position requires driving a company vehicle.
