Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a Client Support – Associate to provide basic technical support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and network-related issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a team-oriented IT support environment.

• Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
• Install and configure software, print drivers, and utilities
• Troubleshoot application, desktop, laptop, printer, and basic network issues
• Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action
• Provide responsive and professional technical support to end users

• 1–3 years of related work experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to commit to a flexible work schedule

• 1–3 years of technical support experience
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
