De Novo HR Consulting & Business Advisory is looking for an IT Help Desk / Field Technician in Fife, Washington. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting in a Help Desk environment, fielding incoming calls and emails from clients, and triaging technical issues based on severity.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Help Desk environment, preferably with A+ Certification and knowledge of Windows systems. This is not a remote position, and applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
