Intelli Pro is seeking a Client Support Associate to provide frontline IT support for enterprise infrastructure and end-user computing. This onsite role in Fife, WA involves supporting office and distribution environments and delivering excellent customer service.
You will troubleshoot hardware/software, support Windows systems, and manage incidents using ITSM tools. Travel locally (~5%) may be required. This is a 3+ month contract with competitive pay on W2.
