Motion Recruitment is seeking a Client Support Associate / IT Specialist – Contractor in Fife, WA. This 3-month contract provides frontline IT support for enterprise applications, working with Operations and IT Shared Services to maintain secure services.
The role requires strong customer service, ticket ownership, on-site and remote support, SOP updates, and the ability to travel within the region. Preferred certifications and experience in Windows, Office, AV support, and ITSM environments.
