Lead a High-Performing Customs Brokerage Team with a Global Logistics Leader
Global transportation leader seeking experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations, lead and develop a team of customs professionals, and drive process excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Fife, WA

What We're Looking For- 5+ years of Customs Brokerage import experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience within a Customs Brokerage environment
- Customs Broker License (CHB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) required
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and brokerage operations
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results
- Lead, coach, and develop Customs Brokerage team members
- Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities
- Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Manage workload distribution, training, and performance reviews
- Resolve operational issues while maintaining exceptional customer relationships
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and drive continuous improvement
