Eidyn Care is looking for a strong Service Manager / Deputy Manager to lead our growing Fife home care service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real responsibility — not just paperwork and box-ticking.
You’ll lead the team, keep the service running smoothly, and make sure our clients receive outstanding care in their own homes. This role is office-based in Lochgelly, with visits to clients and staff for reviews, supervisions and spot checks.
