How You'll Make an ImpactSupport execution flow by maintaining current status on priority jobs, enabling transparency and follow‑up momentum across internal operations, inspection, and supplier networks. This is an operations coordination role with impact—perfect for early‑career professionals with strong follow‑up skills and interest in aerospace production.
What you'll be doing as a Program Expeditor – Operations Support- Working a full‑time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.
- Maintain top‑priority job statuses with daily updates.
- Perform structured follow‑up with production work centers, inspection/quality, outside processors and key suppliers.
- Log commitments, track timelines, and highlight stalled work.
- Prepare concise status summaries for PMs, leadership, and operations.
- Escalate blockers to senior expediters or operations leads with supporting facts.
- Keep tracking tools and ERP data consistent and current.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent operations/admin experience.
- Experience in administrative coordination, operations support, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Strong commitment to clear, disciplined follow‑through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Structured, organized approach to tasks.
- Comfortable initiating status calls and chasing details.
- Basic ERP and spreadsheet proficiency.
- Clear, accurate status visibility for priority jobs.
- Faster identification and escalation of bottlenecks.
- Reduced administrative burden on PM/CSR teams.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Reach forward, up, down and to the side in order to move equipment.
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel material.
- Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
A large percentage of work time is spent in a machine shop where temperatures vary from hot to cold. The environment may also include exposure to noise, dust, fumes.
