Pay Range: $76,000 - $95,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Milgard Windows & Doors Vinyl Internal Supply location in Tacoma, WA.

This is a full‑time role on a 2‑2‑3 schedule, 12‑hour shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• Developing & motivating team members to achieve results, improve processes, reduce costs, monitor quality, provide superior customer service, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Manage staffing, orientation, training, and development for 10 to 20 team members.
• Appropriately staff and schedule departmental personnel to meet manufacturing requirements while minimizing costs.
• Plan departmental operations by establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and ensure team members are compliant with standards.
• Ensure plant staff enforce company policies, plant‑wide safety rules and conduct standards.
• Interview, hire, train, terminate, discipline, and coach team members.

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with multi‑line responsibility.
• Proven manufacturing leadership experience of at least three years.
• Effective communicator, able to teach, generate results, and enhance the Milgard work environment.
• Prior experience improving operations (e.g., Units Per Hour, cost reduction).
• Strong background in LEAN process improvement principles and process management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
