Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Federal Way, WA for a Machinist 2nd and weekend shift, QA Inspector 2nd and weekend shift, and Assembly Technician, day shift. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining milling and turning machines, performing detailed quality checks, assembling components as per precise technical requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address production needs and maintain operational efficiency.

• Experience with milling and turning machine operations, machining techniques, and equipment maintenance
• Proficiency in quality assurance practices, measurement tools, and attention to detail for inspections
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Understanding of industry standards and commitment to maintaining high-quality outputs
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on 2nd and weekend shifts as scheduled
• 1 year previous experience in aerospace or technical manufacturing sectors
