You will coordinate CI projects, facilitate Kaizen events, map processes, analyze data, and support a culture of continuous improvement with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
You will help track progress, develop dashboards, and train employees in CI tools while collaborating with operations to sustain improvements and deliver value.
