Job Overview
As a member of the Critical Care Response Transport Team, the Registered Nurse provides patient assessment, critical nursing care, and transport services to patients. The Nurse is responsible for supervising patient care, treatment, and assessment during transport. Duties include providing excellent patient care, safe lifting and transferring of patients, operating emergency vehicles safely, adhering to company policies, completing documentation, responding to dispatch instructions, maintaining safety standards, participating in continuing education, keeping vehicles and stations clean, maintaining equipment and supplies, communicating effectively, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Compensation& Sign‑On Bonus
We are offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for RNs accepting full‑time positions with an hourly commitment (see terms below). The bonus is payable in one installment in the first pay period following the required minimum hours and good standing.
Wages
- 24 Hour Shifts – Hourly position. Wage range: $51.91–$70.44 per hour, based on licensure length. Standard 48‑hour work week (some shifts may require an assigned debit day in week
4) – estimated annual compensation $140,000–$190,000. For 1 on 3 off schedules without a debit day in week 4 – $121,469–$164,829. Shifts are 24 hours; overtime is paid per applicable labor laws. - 12 Hour Shifts – Hourly position. Wage range: $61.25–$83.12 per hour, based on licensure length. Expected hours per two‑week pay period: 84 hours. Estimated annual compensation $140,000–$190,000. Shifts are 12 hours; overtime is paid per applicable labor laws.

Education and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license.
- Prefer 3 years of experience in a critical care or emergency department environment.
- Certified in ACLS and PALS prior to hire.
- Certified CEN and/or CCRN preferred.
- Patient Transport Experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- EMT‑B bridge course will be offered upon hire.
- Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
- Ability to bend and stoop, sit and stand for extended periods, possess hand‑eye‑foot coordination, color recognition, good manual dexterity, and ability to perform all tasks related to Emergency Medical Services Duty.

Educational Reimbursement: $1200 – The employer shall reimburse full‑time nurses $1,200 each year for courses/events related to nursing and specialized certifications (CCRN, CEN, CTRN) test and recertification fees, subject to pre‑authorization. Requests are responded to within 7 days and reimbursements are made within 30 days of submission.

Eligibility requires full‑time status and a minimum of 2,496 combined hours of work and paid time off (≈12 months). Termination of employment negates bonus entitlement.
