Previous automotive sales experience is helpful but not required. We train the right people.

• Work with showroom, internet, and phone customers
• Help customers find the right Audi vehicle for their needs
• Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and email
• Manage customer activity and appointments in CRM
• Build repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships

• 30% commission plan
• $200 minimum commission per vehicle

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
