Overview

Johnson RV, a trusted dealer for Class B and C vans, seeks motivated sales professionals to join our growing team across multiple locations.

• Lead vehicle demonstrations and showcase our full range of luxury vans.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting buyers from inquiry through final sale.
• Collaborate closely with finance and insurance specialists to close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, tracking earnings potential.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and a competitive drive.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test.
