- Lead in sales and revenue generation for the commercial zero‑emission industry
- Know and be able to become an incentive and grant optimization expert
- Be comfortable and familiar with sales, rental, and leasing revenue models
- Be a tenacious problem solver with an eye for solutions that drive closings
- Know commercial vehicle upfit and sales cycle process and how to deliver in through it
- Understand product capabilities and commercial deployment opportunities
- Have experience in B2B sales in the commercial transportation and freight sectors
- Expertise selling to municipal and government customers, public RFP response and identification
- Develop and build route plans, TCO estimators, and investment strategies alongside our customers
- Understand the dynamics and hurdles of infrastructure in the marketplace and the best strategy for working through them
- Self-start with a significant outcome‑focused approach

Range Zero Emissions (RZE) is an independent dealer that sells nationwide and focuses on zero‑emission vehicle sales, service, and customer support for commercial use. Its mission is 'Accelerating a seamless transition to a zero-emissions commercial vehicle future'.
We seek a high‑energy self‑starter to drive sales of our zero‑emission vehicles and services, build relationships, develop leads, and serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to our clients.
Overview- Drive revenue of our zero‑emission vehicles and services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth in emerging markets and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor and consultant
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide customized solutions
- Articulate the value proposition of zero‑emission vehicles and services to senior‑level decision‑makers, highlighting ESG alignment and positive impact
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Possess in‑depth knowledge of government‑sponsored rebate programs and incentives related to sustainable transportation
- Become a subject‑matter expert in the zero‑emission vehicle space
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth fulfillment
- Attend trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Thrive in a startup environment, building sales strategies from the ground up to establish RZE as a leading provider
- Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to Senior & C‑suite level decision‑makers
- Experience selling commercial vehicles or associated products/services is a plus
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise CRM tools (Hub Spot)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Passion for sustainability and the environment
- Class B CDL highly preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Up to 50% travel within the assigned territory
Competitive base salary plus commission, vehicle allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated earnings range from $150,000 to $300,000 based on sales volume.
