Sales Coordinator & Showroom Manager

Range is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator & Showroom Manager to support our growing sales organization and create an exceptional experience for customers visiting our Fife location.

This role sits at the center of the day-to-day sales operation, helping manage inbound leads, CRM activity, customer visits, vehicle demonstrations, showroom readiness, and follow-up.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable interacting with customers, and enjoys keeping people, vehicles, information, and opportunities moving.

• Serve as a central point of coordination for inbound sales inquiries and customer requests
• Assist with lead intake, assignment, routing, and follow-up
• Help ensure new leads receive timely responses from the appropriate sales team member
• Schedule customer appointments, vehicle demonstrations, and sales meetings
• Coordinate follow-up communications after customer visits, demonstrations, and events
• Support sales representatives with customer communications and administrative needs
• Help identify leads or opportunities requiring additional follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Hub Spot
• Assist sales representatives with CRM data entry and pipeline hygiene
• Track lead status, activities, follow-ups, and next steps
• Help ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales process
• Maintain clean and current contact records
• Assist with reporting on lead activity, pipeline movement, and sales follow-up

• Help manage the day-to-day customer experience at Range's Fife location
• Welcome customers, prospects, OEM partners, and other visitors
• Coordinate customer appointments and vehicle demonstrations
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment
• Ensure brochures, vehicle information, promotional materials, and other sales resources are current and available
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams on vehicle availability and showroom placement
• Help maintain signage, displays, and customer-facing materials

• Coordinate vehicle availability for demonstrations, test drives, and customer appointments
• Prepare customer materials and vehicle information before scheduled visits
• Support sales representatives during demonstrations and customer meetings
• Assist with customer hospitality and overall dealership experience
• Help ensure customers receive clear next steps following their visit
• Maintain sales calendars, appointment schedules, and shared planning documents
• Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, vehicle information, and customer resources
• Assist with internal coordination between sales, marketing, service, and operations
• Help coordinate OEM materials and sales resources
• Support sales meetings and maintain follow-up/action items and additional projects as assigned
• Receive and organize leads generated through trade shows, demonstrations, and Range events
• Enter and assign event-generated leads in Hub Spot
• Coordinate timely follow-up with the sales team
• Help track event leads through the sales pipeline

• 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, customer success, dealership operations, or a related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and prospects
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up activities
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities
