Our technicians are the best in the business, and we’re looking for another income motivated, customer-focused Residential Electrician (01 or 02) to join our growing team.

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues with expertise and efficiency
• Provide customers with clear, customized options to meet their needs and budgets
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through trust, education, and professionalism
• Ensure top-quality work—we get it done right, every time
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
• Deliver 5-star service—every customer, every time

• Earning Potential:
  Pay range of $72,000 - $150,000. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $150,000+ OTE!

• Weekly Pay:

• 3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Valid EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and operate efficiently and safely
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and tools
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
