Larson Cadillac is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for a structured training path into a full technician role.
This is not a long-term express position. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician through hands‑on experience, training, and real repair exposure.
What You’ll Do- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections
- Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work
- Learn how to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Support shop workflow in a high‑volume environment
- Build the skills required to move into a flat‑rate technician role
- $41,600 – $44,000 annual compensation
- Structured development into a line technician role
- Hands‑on training with experienced technicians
- Exposure to advanced vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Consistent workflow in a professional shop environment
- Strong interest in becoming a professional automotive technician
- Basic mechanical experience, schooling, or tools preferred
- Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced shop environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Long‑term mindset toward career growth

Requirements- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to understand and apply common sense.
