Larson Cadillac is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for a structured training path into a full technician role.

This is not a long-term express position. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician through hands‑on experience, training, and real repair exposure.

• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work
• Learn how to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Support shop workflow in a high‑volume environment
• Build the skills required to move into a flat‑rate technician role

• $41,600 – $44,000 annual compensation
• Structured development into a line technician role
• Hands‑on training with experienced technicians
• Exposure to advanced vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Consistent workflow in a professional shop environment

• Strong interest in becoming a professional automotive technician
• Basic mechanical experience, schooling, or tools preferred
