- Friday 40 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties.

• Stable, long-term work on an ongoing social housing contract on Voids/ Occasional responsive repairs – no chasing work.

• Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Plumbing background, experience essential. The works include the repairs or replacement of various Sanitaryware items including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
• Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
• Unvented and vented experience desirable.
• Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
• Social Housing experience is essential.
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
• Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• The role will also require a DBS check to be completed.
