Mercedes‑Benz of Tacoma is seeking an Entry‑Level Automotive Technician who is serious about developing into a full‑line, flat‑rate technician. This is not just a maintenance role. While you will begin with basic services, you will also gain exposure to diagnostics and real repair work alongside experienced technicians. This position is best suited for individuals committed to long‑term growth in the automotive industry.
WhatYou Will Do
- Perform maintenance services (oil changes, inspections, tire rotations)
- Assist certified technicians with diagnostics and repair work
- Learn troubleshooting and mechanical systems hands‑on
- Support workflow in a high‑end service department
- Build foundational skills toward flat‑rate technician progression
$37,440 – $54,000 annual compensation
Structured paid training and development program
Direct mentorship from experienced technicians

What We’re Looking For- Strong interest in becoming a professional automotive technician

- Strong automotive background.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.

- Willing to submit to a drug screen.
- Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes and tire rotations while assisting certified technicians with complex diagnostics.
