Pay and Schedule

• Starting Pay: $35.00–$35.50 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturdays as needed

This is more than just driving—it’s an active, challenging role where you’ll:

• Operate manual transmission roll-off trucks (10, 13, or 18-speed)
• Climb in and out of your truck multiple times per day
• Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Deliver excellent service while representing a company known for safety and integrity

• Safely operate roll-off trucks on assigned routes
• Use a tablet to manage routes, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs
• Pick up and deliver containers to customer sites and disposal facilities
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
• Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatch
• Maintain safe driving practices at all times under
  
  Drive
  
  Cam monitoring

• Frequent climbing in and out of the cab
• Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling—objects over 50 lbs
• Exposure to outdoor elements year-round
• Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise
• Must follow strict safety protocols at all times

• Valid Class B CDLwithair brake endorsement
• Manual transmission experience (10, 13, or 18-speed) required
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• SAFETY SENSITIVE - YES
