Delivery Truck Driver - Non CDL

Position Overview

Truck Driver – Hourly position starting at $24.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Early morning shift (4a.m. start) – flexible end time.

• Deliver materials to customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Ensure delivery tickets with the correct materials.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Perform overtime as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a safety harness (maximum weight capacity 400lbs).

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid DOT Medical card (current or obtained before hire).
• Ability to lift items up to 50lb.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery). Plus: experience in trucking.
• Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
• Basic technology skills (e.g., iPad).
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

$17.95 – $26.92 hourly. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; the starting wage may vary by location.
