Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Dobbs Truck Group operates 25 commercial truck dealerships through two operating companies — Dobbs Peterbilt and Western Truck Center. These dealerships represent some of the best commercial truck brands including Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, Autocar, and Hino, and include locations in Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington.

This position will be responsible for parts shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions. • Receive parts into DSI business system and warehouse parts to the assigned bin and rack locations.
• Operate pallet and lift equipment.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and conduct cycle counts daily and weekly.
• Control inbound and outbound freight billing.
• Secure warehouse from unauthorized personnel.
• Process core and return parts to help ensure full credit and recovery.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained in safe operating condition.
• Monitor environmental compliance (MSDS) and advise Parts Manager of potential storage risks.
• May occasionally deliver or pick‑up parts off‑site using a company vehicle.
• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.

• 18 years of age.
• High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience.

• Ability to work independently without direct on‑site supervision.
