What does an Equipment Delivery Driver do at Swire Coca-Cola?In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing or moving vending machines and coolers on your assigned route.
Responsibilities- Installing, relocating and removing vending machines and coolers of different types and sizes
- Loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift and pallet jack
- Resolving minor problems with machines, leveling equipment and providing excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reporting inventory accurately for business accountability
- Performing other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Class A or B CDL License required
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to maneuver heavy machines with proper moving equipment
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
Base pay range is $30.12 – $33.47 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
Employees and families are offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions;
Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus up to 2 floating holidays;
Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year;
Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty. Additionally includes Standby (On‑Call) Pay.
After a conditional offer, a candidate will be required to complete pre‑employment screening, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review.
Screening results are evaluated based on several factors, including the nature and severity of an offense, how much time has passed, the relevance to the position, patterns of repeated offences, and driving history for roles that require operating a vehicle.
All results are reviewed fairly and in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
