Hours:

35 per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends and functions)

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Mess, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Motivate and lead your team, ensuring excellent customer service
• Organise hospitality functions, dinners, and events
• Assist the Manager with training and managerial tasks
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Ensure smooth running of all front-of-house duties.

• UK resident for the past 3 years
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Previous supervisory or hospitality experience is desirable.
