The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to confidently manage multiple personalities in a fast‑paced environment. We're looking for a self‑starter who can keep projects moving, solve problems proactively, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Build, lead, and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout all phases of the project.
  • Source and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors, including pricing, contracts, and project resources.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, build out office space, move office location, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, clients, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Resolve project issues, scheduling conflicts, and field challenges while keeping projects on track.
  • Demonstrated construction project management experience with the ability to successfully manage projects from cradle to grave.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Local candidates are strongly preferred.
