Bachelor’s Degree: $86,686.99 – $97,089.43 annually
Master’s Degree: $93,359.20 – $96,159.98 annually
Full Salary Range: $86,686.99 – $
+ $200 biweekly bilingual stipend (if applicable)
Pay rate is based on level of experience equivalent to TCRC

Directs the work of a service coordination team in a person-centered way. Represents TCRC in the community. Interprets and applies agency policies.
SupervisionReceives direction from the Assistant Director of Services & Supports. Provides general supervision to assigned service coordination staff.
Primary Functions- Knowledge of developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Regional Center service systems
- Awareness of public entitlement and benefit programs

- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in Person Centered practices
Strongly prefer a Master’s degree in social work or related field and license or license eligibility (LCSW, MFT). A Bachelor’s degree and three years of directly related experience may be substituted for the Master’s degree.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services field or a related area, with 2 years of applicable experience in mental health or social work and 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle or equivalent means of transportation.
- Able to travel to any location at any time;

The position requires the ability to work independently and possess the mobility necessary to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.
