Laborer, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Material Handler

Cal Portland seeks a dependable Laborer to support mining and construction materials operations at our facilities. In this field-based role, you will assist with quarry and plant activities, including material handling, basic equipment support, and general site cleanup. You will work around heavy machinery, follow strict safety and environmental standards, and help keep production areas organized and efficient. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily quarry and plant operations, including material handling and site cleanup
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely around heavy equipment and machinery
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products around the site
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental standards
• Support equipment inspections, report hazards, and help maintain a clean work area
• Work collaboratively with operators, mechanics, and supervisors to meet production goals
