Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician to support the overall Food Safety Plan through monitoring, inspections, and record review. Responsibilities include conducting verification inspections, routine testing of product quality, and maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
The role requires a High School Degree, basic computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates with an Associate's degree in Food Science and SAP experience are preferred. Working conditions may include exposure to industrial operations.
