Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Findlay, Ohio. This contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential. If you have strong skills in billing, cash applications, and commercial collections, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Process daily billing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

- Handle hourly trucking billing and manage corrections as needed.

- Utilize accounting software, including Viewpoint, to maintain accurate financial records.

- Perform cash application tasks, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of payments.

- Conduct commercial collections and maintain clear and effective communication with clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience in accounts receivable, including billing and cash applications.

- Familiarity with commercial collections and handling client communications.

- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Viewpoint.

- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
