A reputable firm in the financial services industry is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join a collaborative and dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What you’ll bring to the table- At least 1 year of administrative and customer service experience, preferably in a client facing role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- A proactive and professional approach
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional environment for clients
- Assist team members with scheduling, client inquiries, and document preparation
- Manage client data, account paperwork, and transaction processes efficiently
- Support account setup, transfers, and updates with precision
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, reports, and client files
- Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including assembling materials
- Resolve operational issues by liaising with broker-dealers and internal teams
- Provide research support, calculate distributions, and prepare performance reports
