Position Overview
This role involves providing high-level customer service, helping customers select the best tires, performing quality tire and battery installations, lubrication, oil and filter services, inspections, and other repairs on all makes and models of cars and trucks. The position requires technical skills and a commitment to ongoing training and development.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service/sales experience and basic automotive knowledge
- Mechanical inclination
- ASE or State Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills (typing, email, internet, software navigation)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, and crawl while operating equipment and tools
- Minimum age of 18
Compensation: $18-$23 hourly wage
