Key Responsibilities:- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Document all work performed accurately in our system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
Line Technicians:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Several years of experience as an automotive technician with a solid skill set
- Proficiency in diagnosing complex vehicle issues
- Certification from an accredited automotive program (e.g., ASE certification)
- Ability to mentor junior technicians and assist with training
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with quick turnaround repairs and maintenance
- Ability to perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Good communication skills to explain repairs to customers
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
