• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport
• Listen to customer concerns
• Provide clear explanations of repair and maintenance options
• Prepare and review repair estimates with customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
• Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and service procedures

• Proven experience as an automotive advisor or service writer
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Flexibility to work the second shift hours of 2 PM to 9 PM, including Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
