Concrete Form Finisher — Team-Driven

ACI Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Concrete Form Finisher to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in commercial concrete projects by building, setting, and finishing concrete forms while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with a crew, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.

• Build, set, and strip concrete forms for commercial construction projects
• Measure, align, and secure forms according to project specifications
• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
• Assist with pouring, screeding, edging, and finishing concrete
• Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and layout markings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Previous experience in concrete forming and finishing preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic construction math
• Experience with commercial concrete projects is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Typical work schedule is Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays depending on project needs and weather conditions.
