• 🔥 Dive into plans, specs, and bidding documents to nail down material, labor, and time needs
• 🔥 Build detailed cost estimates for projects from $1M to $30M
• 🔥 Partner with company leadership — especially the President — to review opportunities and feasibility
• 🔥 Keep our cost databases sharp and up-to-date
• 🔥 Network with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to strengthen partnerships
• 🔥 Represent Kirk Bros. at pre-bid meetings, cost reviews, and industry events

• ✔ 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
• ✔ Solid analytical, math, and blueprint-reading skills
• ✔ Comfortable with estimating software and Microsoft Office (Timberline experience is a bonus!)
• ✔ Organized, deadline-driven, and great communicator
• ✔ Self-starter with a team mindset
