As a Project Manager at Kirk Bros., you’ll be the driving force behind our public works projects — especially water and wastewater treatment builds. You’ll bring blueprints to life, guide teams, and keep everything on track.

Review and analyze plans, specs, and project documents to define scope and strategy.

Negotiate and manage purchase orders and subcontracts.

Plan schedules with Superintendents and keep updates flowing.

Visit jobsites regularly to stay connected and ahead of challenges.

Communicate with owners, engineers, and teammates in meetings and daily coordination.

Prepare pay applications, change orders, and cost reports.

Anticipate and manage risk — you’re proactive, not reactive.

• 2+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and blueprint-reading skills.
• Proficiency with project software, cost databases, and Microsoft Office.
• A clear communicator who stays organized under pressure.
• Thrives working independently AND as part of a collaborative team.
