Project Manager – Construction

ACI Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage multiple construction projects through all phases, from planning to closeout
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
• Procure materials and coordinate equipment and labor needs
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing delays and controlling costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• Track project progress and prepare reports for management

• Previous experience managing commercial, industrial, or heavy construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience
