Job Summary :
Responsiblefordailysupervisionandfunctioningofoneconstructionprojectand/oronecrewona construction project.
Principaldutiesand Responsibilities:- Field verifying location and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on the project.
- Confirmqualityofworkbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day.
- Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrewworkingon project.
- Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
- Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresarebeingfollowedatalltimes.
- Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
- High School Diploma
- Havetheabilitytocompleteassignmentswithnosupervisionandself-directdailyactivities
- Organizedandmotivatedtoprovideprojectsupportasdirected
- Conscientiousprofessionalwhohasapleasantphonemannerandexcellentorganizational skills
- 1-3yearspreviousConstructionexperienceinthefield
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products ,specifically
Word,Exceland Outlook - Ability to handle multiple tasks
