Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Site Management:
  Direct, control, and monitor the daily work activities of construction workers and team members.
• Project Oversight:
  Manage project schedules, expenditures, and budgets while ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies are available.
• Collaboration:
  
  Act as a central liaison working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Quality & Safety:
  Inspect all sites to enforce strict quality standards and ensure the safety and security of the construction site.
• Communication:
  Maintain effective progress updates and communication with clients, managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency:
  Familiarity with construction management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

1-4 years

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Leadership & Teamwork:
  Natural leadership abilities, professional presence, self-confidence, and a team-player attitude.
• Execution:
  Highly detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated, and able to initiate and execute tasks accurately.
• Task Management:
  Ability to independently assess, prioritize, and administer multiple tasks, projects, and demands concurrently.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
