Customer Service Associate - Entry Level
We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Associate who is career‑minded and possesses unmatched people skills. This is an entry‑level position, NOT a call center role. The role takes place in retail campaigns, delivering personalized customer service and support at promotional events.
Responsibilities include providing customer service and promotional knowledge, promoting brand awareness and sales within a retail environment, and delivering direct customer and client support through promotional techniques.
QualificationsThe entry‑level Customer Service Associate will work in an environment that is centered on teamwork and a family atmosphere. Key qualifications include:
- Experience in customer service and similar fields.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of people.
- Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Background in Retail or Restaurant.
