Position Summary:
The Member Services Attendant delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of front desk area.
Who We're Looking For:
Age: 18+Availability:
Must be able to work a consistent, weekly schedule.
Schedule:
Flexible with shifts Sunday-Saturday - Morning, mid-day, and evening.

Excellent Interpersonal

You enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

You can think on your feet and handle challenges with ease.
Customer Service
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but a positive attitude is what truly matters!
Basic Computer Knowledge:
Familiarity with computers will help you navigate our systems smoothly.

Essential Functions:
Provide outstanding service to all members and guests—your smile makes a difference!
Greet everyone with enthusiasm and learn their names—build those connections!
Assist members with their individual needs and provide accurate information about our programs.
Handle membership concerns with grace and keep your supervisor in the loop on any unusual punctual, maintain positive relationships with your teammates, and manage money responsibly.
