Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image.;
Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete.;
Process customer credit applications, assist with financing arrangements, and maintain accurate customer account information.;
Follow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions.;
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating to Management as appropriate while following up to ensure resolution.
