We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Vascular Surgeon in Ohio.

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Community hospital in partnership with academic center
Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand a vascular surgery program

• Perform open and endovascular procedures

• Manage vascular conditions medically and surgically

• Educate and counsel patients

• Supervise APPs and collaborate across specialties

• Participate in call coverage (10 night/weekend shifts/month)

• Contribute to recruitment and future program development
  Required Procedures:

• Abdominal/thoracic aneurysm repair

• Carotid endarterectomy

• Hemodialysis access

• Limb salvage and peripheral vascular procedures
  EMR System: Cerner
  Support Staff: Vascular APP, PRN vascular surgeon, OSU vascular surgeon (phone support)
  Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
  On-Call/Weekends: 10 night/weekend shifts/month (no daytime call)

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery REQUIRED

• OH license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• Date of agency's last communication with provider REQUIRED
