- Group is open to considering surgical and/or glaucoma providers
- Large unmet need for glaucoma surgeon
- State-of-the-art facility with plenty of exam lanes, numerous testing rooms, laser suites, a brand-new procedure room (with IPL laser and Cynosure Tempsure Envi radio frequency platform) and more
- Work alongside nine physicians
- Operate at multiple ASCs

- Work for a mid-sized private practice (not owned by private equity)
- Practice that's been established for 40+ years
- Drawing area of over 500,000 people
- Base of $350k plus productivity bonuses
- $100k sign on bonus
