Job Description:
- Self-scheduling, 8-hr or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time as W2/hospital-employed or 1099
- BVHS Video
- Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center or a combination of locations
- Option to choose variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
- Opportunities for overtime if desired
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Care team model, equitable call schedule
- Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
- ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
- Welcoming new grads and experienced providers
- Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
- These are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. To be discussed at interview.

- CRNA Compensation - 1099 Service Agreement:- Hourly Base #### ####/hr
- Regional Blocks Stipend +####/hr

- Full-Time @1712hrs, Total Compensation ####k-####k - CRNA Compensation - Full-Time Hospital-Employed:- Base Compensation ####38k-260k (based on experience)

- Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain)
