Job Description:

Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center
Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14
Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
Care team model, equitable call schedule
Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

Compensation and Benefits: (less than full-time benefits may be pro-rated - to be discussed at interview)

Salary range (including specialty stipends): ####38K-####60K/year, increases based on experience and proficiencies
On-call rates:
- ####50/night
- Weekend day ####00 @ Findlay Hospital; ####00 @ Findlay Bluffton
- Cardiac ####50/night, ####00/day
Overtime/call back rate: ####00/hr
Also open to 1099 candidates @ ####/hour base rate; ####00/hour with specialty stipend (regional blocks + Pediatrics)
