Job Description:

Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center
Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14
Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
Care team model, equitable call schedule
Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual base salary starts at ####23K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
On-call rates:
- ####50/night
- Weekend day ####00
- Cardiac ####50/night, ####00/day
Overtime/call back rate: ####/hr
Also open to 1099 candidates

240hrs vacation/CME, plus 6 paid holidays & 8 hrs birthday pay

Board Certified CRNA
