TBD; 1.5-2 OR days per week - Call Coverage: very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours

Medical staff, Operations team & leadership - Procedures:
- Cystos male/female, Vasectomy under local, Bladder and prostate biopsies, Stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections - Office Equipments:
- Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, Uro Nav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, Uro Lift, Nitrous - No. of Beds: 150; 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU
- Trauma Level: III

- 24-hour inhouse hospitalist service available for ED admissions
- Active OH License
- BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
