Experience: Previous ENT practice experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits:

Pay package discussed upon application
Guaranteed base salary: $600,000 per year
Potential total compensation: $800,000+ (uncapped wRVU incentives)
Additional compensation: $600/day call pay, $100,000 sign-on bonus ($50,000 paid Year 1 & Year
2)
Time off & professional development: 5 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME allowance

What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive care for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders to adult and pediatric patients
Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures, including advanced sinus and head & neck surgeries
Develop and grow subspecialty services such as Otology, Neurotology, or Facial Plastic Surgery if desired
Collaborate with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
Participate in backup call and quality improvement initiatives
Manage a practice volume of approximately 25–30 patients daily

What You Need:

Valid medical license in Ohio;
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Excellent clinical, surgical, and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal communication and patient relationship-building abilities
Interest or experience in subspecialty areas such as Head & Neck Oncology, Otology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Sleep Surgery, or Laryngology is a plus
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a physician-led organization
